Here is some of what is done to each and every Remanufactured Engine we sell:

1.   Every Remanufactured Engine is pressure tested to assure water jacket does not leak.
2.   All the pistons, rings, gaskets, bearings, timing chain or belt, valves and valve springs, and freeze plugs are new.
3.   Every Remanufactured Engine is "spin" tested to make sure they work. .
4.   The cranks are machined on state of the art machines and micro-polished to OEM "roughness" specs.
5.   All our blocks are align honed, bored, and cylinder honed with state of the art machines to make sure they have the perfect finish size and taper.
6.   All the heads have the valve seats re-cut, resurfaced, vacuum tested, and pressure tested.
7.   All come with a new gaskets and water pump.

On top of this, trained technicians personally check every Remanufactured Engine to make sure it has all been done right and they meet the high industry standards we achieve every day!

For Used Engines we do some basic testing:

1.   Compression Testing.
2.   Steam Cleaning.
